We track our progress in meeting our strategic objectives and associated key performance indicators via a range of quantitative and qualitative measures, and always within the context of continuous improvement.

By measuring and benchmarking our performance against our strategic goals, we are striving to meet our Mission of collecting revenue for the benefit of all Victorians.

We also benchmark against other state and territorial revenue offices on a wide range of indicators, including in relation to the cost effectiveness of revenue collection. On average, it costs the State Revenue Office 51 cents to collect $100 of revenue compared to 61 cents for all revenue offices.
